There are many
definitions to the word meditation. These interpretations are right and
wrong in their own ways, especially if you look at how they practice
it.
Meditation is a medium or channel for an individual to develop their
energy with the objective of connecting with the world beyond science
that is created by the Creator or if look it from a spiritual point of
view, it is a channel for you to link with the spiritual world.
Meditation is not about religion, race or colour. It is just a channel
of communications for any individuals to further develop their energy
to develop the communication link with the world beyond. It might sound
very mystical to a newcomer.
But please take the time to think about how the world develops, the
progress and revolution of technology, art and science. Yes, many of it
came from human beings. But how did they attain the thinking capacity
and the energy to evolve something from nothing. Energy and the
strength to break away from the normal capacity of a human being,
definitely takes more than what an average individual can do.
Meditation develops the human into human being. This channel is
developed through the principals of human analogy in the initial stage.
For example, meditation starts with the contact and willingness of the
mind to accept and learn the knowledge of nature without the
intellectual mind, a mind without reasoning.
